Hotel Accommodations

We recommend staying at:

Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel

4650 Lindle Road
Harrisburg, PA 17111

The Sheraton is approximately 1 mile from the venue, about a 3 to 5 minute drive, making it the most convenient lodging option for the Summit.

Air Travel

Harrisburg International Airport (MDT)

1 Terminal Drive
Middletown, PA 17057

MDT is the closest airport and our recommended arrival location. The drive from MDT to the Sheraton is approximately 15 minutes. The venue is just a few minutes beyond the hotel.

For additional flight options, Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) is an alternative. BWI is approximately 90 miles from Harrisburg, with a typical drive time of 1.5 to 1.75 hours depending on traffic.

Train Option

For guests traveling from Philadelphia or New York City, Amtrak service to Harrisburg Transportation Center is a convenient option. The station is a short Uber ride to both the Sheraton and the venue.

We recommend booking travel early and arranging ground transportation in advance to ensure a smooth arrival for the May 14 Summit.
